Two titans of the business, progressive metallers Enslaved and noisy distortion masters High on Fire, have joined forces to embark on a co-headline European tour, commencing on September 30. It includes venues across Poland, Germany, France and an intensive trip across the United Kingdom.
Within the decades of their existence, both bands have cemented their own formidable legacies. But seeing both bands on the same stage in one night will make for an extremely interesting experience. Fans will get the upfront, adrenaline-fueled brashness of High on Fire contrasted with the hardly predictable, extreme/death/melodic antics of Enslaved. Combined, there isn’t a great deal in the metal arts that audiences won’t see. Expect to be thoroughly sated at the end of each show.
Dates are as follows:
9/30 – U Bazyla- Poznań, Poland
10/01- Proxima- Warsaw, Poland
10/02 – UT Connewitz- Leipzig, Germany
10/03- Kulturfabrik- Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg
10/04 – Mezz Jupiler- Zaal Breda, Netherlands
10/08 – Academy 2- Manchester, United Kingdom
10/09 – Tivoli – Dublin, Ireland
10/10 – Limelight 2 – Belfast, United Kingdom
10/12 – The Mill – Birmingham, United Kingdom
10/14 – SWX – Bristol, United Kingdom
