And here is the very third bandwave for Czech Republic’s Brutal Assault festival. After announcing Behemoth as one of their headliners, beside interesting acts as The Black Dahlia Murder, At The Gates and Ihsahn, we now get to see the following bands:
Celeste, Dodecahedron, Exhorder, Full Of Hell, Grave Pleasures, Paradise Lost, Plini, Neocaesar, Nocturnus Ad, Unleashed, Unsane
As was obvious from the initial announcement, this line-up is quite diverse, ranging from instrumental prog metal act Plini to heavy hitters Celeste but also the more doomy/dark metal of Paradise Lost. It is the unlimited amount of styles that makes the metal genre as exciting as it is. And being a metal festival, Brutal Assault manages to offer something for everyone.
Here is what Brutal Assault has to say about it:
So it looks like Nails unfortunately had to cancel early, which will disappoint some. There are a lot of interesting acts coming to Jaromer in 2018. As an attendee of 2017’s Brutal Assault, I can tell you that it’s totally worth it – not only for the bands, but the overall experience.
The already announced lineup also includes:
Behemoth, Carnifex, Hate, Dying Fetus, Counterparts, Northlane, Nasty, Hirax, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Sait Vitus, Blood Incantation, Origin, Broken Hope, Aluk Todolo, Ministry, At The Gates, The Black Dahlia Murder, Dead Congregation, Carpathian Forest, Korokuma, Obscure Sphinx, Novembers Doom, Pestilence, Pillorian, Protector, Misery Index, Sadistic Intent, Whoredom Fire and Pertubator (more on this here / and here).
