American math-rock act Tiny Moving Parts have been gaining a steady following since their inception in 2008. It seems that the band did not rest after releasing the fantastic Celebrate in May 2016, as the band announced the completion of the recordings for their untitled fourth full-length record back in September.
The band is finally ready to give its fans a taste of what to expect in 2018, and I must say, it sounds like a whole lot of fun! “Caution” retains the foundation Tiny Moving Parts built on Celebrate, but expands on the overall sound. Not being one to waste time, the groovy melody quickly hooks the listener in and is bound to remove the caution tape wrapped around the brain, as one breaks into a wild trance. To top it all off, the video directed by John Komar accompanying the track is equally well done, as it brings out the element of sheer happiness the music brings out.
One thing is certain, come 2018 and the band’s fourth album, throw all “Caution” to the wind and buy it!
